2019 Congress

The national RPCU 2019 congress will take place at the Hôtel Universel in Rivière-du-Loup, October 16-18, under the theme From simple collaboration to real partnership?

The users and in-patients’ committees regularly interact with stakeholders in their environment, including users and their families, the institutions’ management and managers, network staff as well as various organizations. The RPCU wishes to explore the multiple facets of partnership and the different ways of collaborating that together constitute part of a continuum: from simple collaboration to a real partnership.

Where does the committee stand in this continuum, in its environment and context? Is there an ideal model or are there as many ways of doing things as there are committees? Hence, the question: From simple collaboration to a real partnership?

This congress aims to highlight the multiplicity of interactions in all their forms. This will lead to effective improvement in the quality of care and services in which the users and in-patients’ committees have a fundamental role to play, as provided for in the Act.

Welcome to the 2019 RPCU Congress in Rivière-du-Loup!
